A full payment is required prior to the appointment. The appointment will take place on Zoom. Should you need to cancel the appointment, please endeavour to do so at least 2 hours prior to the appointment to receive a refund. A sudden change in your circumstances will be taken into account. If you have already paid for the appointment, you will also have the option of re-scheduling.
